Emplacement, taille de l'appartement, propreté, accueil

Beaucoup de bruit la nuit dans la rue (qui semblait pourtant calme) . L'appartement se situe à côté d'une pena! Beaucoup de passage nocturne (groupes alcoolisés)....Nous connaissons Donostia et pensions être au calme dans ce secteur. L'appartement manque d'insonorisation y compris par rapport aux étages du dessus

"Beautiful retreat near the beach."

We loved staying at this sweet apartment, just steps away from the beach. The apartment was comfortable and attractively furnished. It was well located to the beach, old town and all that this lovely city has to offer.

Buena ubicacion

Hay una habitacion sin ventana. Solo habia una toalla de baño por persona . Mejorar las almohadas Excelente ubicacion. Solo poner un poco mas de cariño.

Location was perfect. Very close to the beach but a short stroll along the promenade to the old town and pedestrianised shopping area. Bedrooms were a good size and beds were comfortable. We were met by Luna who showed us around the apartment and was very welcoming and flexible, as we couldn't give a precise arrival time due to public transport.

TV quite small but not much of an issue as we weren't inside much.

"Amazing location"

Amazing location 1 minute from the beach. Friendly welcome. Comfortable with pretty much everything you need. Beach towels and toys were a great added bonus.

A bit noisy at night with a local bar and some noisy clanking drain covers on the road. Oven is just a table top one and would be better with air con, but the fans were fine for our stay.

"Sucio pero buena ubicación"

La ubicación es buena, a dos calles del paseo marítimo. Y la amabilidad de Daniel por decirnos donde poder aparcar.

La limpieza. El piso está descuidado y sucio. Para usar la vajilla u otros utensilios de cocina, primero tenías que lavarlos porque estaban usados y sucios. Las camas no tenias sabanas, solo bajera y nórdicos que olían a humedad y estaban sucias. Y el suelo tenía arena. Para pagar 109 € por persona una noche creo que hace falta dedicar más tiempo al piso, no vale con tener varios y descuidarlos.
