If you enjoy surprises, this is definitely the place for you — just not the good kind. One of the wall decorations, generously attached with double-sided tape, fell off and hit my daughter on the head. The best part? The management was already aware this was an issue, since several other frames had previously fallen off and were neatly placed on a cabinet. Apparently, waiting for the next victim was the chosen solution. We received two sets of keys, yet neither was complete or fully functional. Some keys didn’t fit their doors at all, turning every entry into a small escape-room challenge. Very authentic… just not in a positive way. Our arrival time was communicated well in advance and approved. Upon arrival, however, we were unable to enter. Naturally, we assumed the apartment was still being cleaned. Turns out the staff member was simply sitting in the office and let us wait for over an hour. Hospitality at its finest. The oven and dishwasher only started working after a technician arrived and performed the highly advanced repair of turning the power off and on again. Groundbreaking technology. All in all, this stay offered plenty of excitement — mostly in the form of safety concerns, inconvenience, and confusion. Would not recommend unless you enjoy unpredictability and falling wall decor.

While the listing mentioned reconstruction at the very bottom of the description, it was not easy to notice on Booking.com. The company assured us that the noise would be minimal and limited to facade works on the other side of the building. However, the reality was completely different—heavy construction was taking place right below our apartment, with workers loudly removing all tiles from the swimming pool area. The noise pollution was unbearable, making it impossible for our child to have a siesta.

The apartment was very well equipped and a great location

The apartment was comfortable and clean, but would benefit from an upgrade in the flooring, bathroom and kitchen. The block itself looked like it had been freshly painted and work was going on in another part of the complex. Having said all that, I would use it again as we loved the chilled vibe in El Medano, so much better than the resorts further up the coast

Amazing sunset view, airs through naturally with the wind so cools down in the evening. Clean, elevator in building.

Such a nice, cosy place to stay. The balcony has great view. Definitely would recommend this place.

The apartment was better than we expected, immaculate, tasteful, great views of the sea & Montana Roja. The apartment is also perfectly & conveniently located by Plaza Roja, the Beach, quiet Bars and fabulous Restaurants. Also the Apartment felt very safe & secure. Highly recommend !

We loved everything however if we had mobility issues then there are some stairs to climb to the front door of the apartment but still not too many (only 2 small flights).
