Showertray in bathroom needs replaced,felt as if I was going to go through floor very unstable.

The process with keys, I had 2 x separate numbers for people to contact but once I got the keys off the lady it was fine

Close to the nightlife which was ideal for us. Basic but clean which is all we needed.

Problem with the deposit- paid €200 deposit and they’ve kept €25 because I ‘lost the keys’. They said we could leave the set of keys in the apartment. There is however two gates outside which you need the keys for to get out. I went into the office 2 days before we left and explained this that we would need the keys to open the gate. So one of us kept the last gate open while the other went back and left the set of keys in their postbox. I took a photo of them and messaged the property telling them where the keys were as if we left them in apartment we would be stuck in the grounds unable to get out. But this isn’t ok apparently? Also the account they take the deposit from isn’t labelled ‘Benidorm bookings’ it’s euroloix, so unfortunately booking.com can’t do anything about it either. Would have stayed here again and recommended it to anyone else until this.
