Sehr gute Lage. Nur 100 m vom Meer und Promenade, Restaurants weg. Top Ausblick auf den Ort und das Meer. Apartment groß genug. Funktionierender Fahrstuhl. Insgesamt ok

Dachterrasse mit Holzliegen ohne Auflagen. Dadurch nicht nutzbar. Da das Appartement keinen Balkon hat, war die nutzbare Dachterrasse mit nutzbaren Liegen ein wichtiges Kriterium der Buchung. Dazu lagen ca. 10 Rollen Schweißbahnen an der Seite der Terrasse, da das Dach undicht war bzw. jetzt noch ist. Darunter genau lag unser Appartement, wo das Wasser bei Regen im Wohnzimmer an der großen Scheibe nach innen ins Zimmer tropfte. Im kleineren Schlafzimmer lief ebenfalls das Wasser bei Regen an der Innenwand herunter und die Farbe bildete Blasen, weil diese sich ablöste von der Wand. Im Treppenhaus im Erdgeschoss kam auch einiges an Wasser durch, wo bereits 3 Handtücher bereit lagen, um diese aufzufangen. Nichts sehr dramatisches, aber eben auch nicht gerade schön. Bei länger anhaltenden stärkeren Regen wäre sicherlich dramatisch geworden. Kommuniziert wurde ausschließlich über WhatsApp. Antworten kamen meistens, aber oft mit 1-2 Tagen Verzögerung. Bei der Mitteilung des Wasserschadens über WhatsApp mit Videos und Fotos kam überhaupt keine Antwort. Null Reaktion👎. 2 x regnete es kurzfristig etwas stärker, sodass Wasser in die FeWo tropfte wie oben beschrieben. Zum Glück regnete es nicht lang anhaltend stark. Des Weiteren wussten wir nie bei den Antworten mit wem wir es zu tun hatten bei WhatsApp, da am Ende der Antworten nie ein Name stand 🤔.

The apartment was well equipped, comfy beds, great view. We loved it during the sunny days.

Unfortunately on our first day there was a heavy rain and the apartment was leaking. Water in leaving room, kitchen and bathroom was dripping from the ceiling... We know that rain is not typicall for this region but still the apt should be protected against rain.

Appartement très agréable et très bien situé. La plage très proche (40 mètres) entourée de bars et restaurants. Le tout sans nuisances sonores.
