Muy buena ubicación, estancias muy amplias, y el sofá cama muy cómodo.

Las escaleras interiores no son muy cómodas, y necesita mejorar las griferías. Pero nada que impida una estancia agradable.

Posizione ottima per muoversi a piedi.

Appartamento umido, con odore di muffa, impossibile aprire le finestre che davano sul piccolissimo patio (sporchissimo) in quanto era molto maleodorante, e quella che dava sulla strada era praticamente a filo marciapiede. Il divano a letto odorava di muffa , da rivedere anche il piccolo bagno a piano terra. Sicuramente non lo consiglierei.

La struttura era accogliente, pulita e buona la posizione

il divano letto era rotto e quindi bisogna coricarsi sulla seduta. Ci sono due rampe di scale ripide. Consiglio all’host di fare trovare almeno una bottiglia d’acqua anche sé quella del rubinetto è potabile ma sa di cloro.

Not one single thing

Everything.... I have travelled fairly frequently but never have I have experienced the 'l can't wait to get home ' syndrome as here. No natural light, stinking, nauseating smell from the sewers. Bad layout...a couple of strips of tape would make the steps less hazardous. I have had an ensuite bathroom...but never an ensuite kitchen. The downstairs bath , apart from the smell, was a hazard as the bath was slippy. My main complaint is the host.... wanted an exact time of arrival and time of departure. Surely that should be at my discretion. I most certainly do NOT recommend this place.

Emplacement très central. Assez spacieux. Convenable globalement.

La propreté au sol n'était pas parfaite. Problème d'odeur persistante dans les toilettes du rez-de-chaussée. Beaucoup de marches au sein de l'appartement, risque de se faire mal. Pas de volets dans la chambre du bas. On entend le bruit des voisins. Faites attention 30€ facturés pour un late checkin.

Boa localização. Excelente cuidado pelo utilizador. Tivemos um problema com o secador de cabelo que deixou de funcionar, foi prontamente resolvido com a troca do mesmo. Definitivamente recomendo.

Apenas o barulho da rua é bastante alto quando queremos descansar. Também de referir que o quarto não fica na totalidade escuro.
