Apt El Perenquen

We had a wonderful 12-day stay at this apartment in Tenerife! The location is perfect – just a few minutes’ walk to the town with lots of small, authentic Canarian restaurants and tapas bars, and also very close to a beautiful sandy beach. Our hosts, Alfonso and Ana, were incredibly friendly and attentive. They gave us great recommendations and made sure we had a fantastic stay. The apartment was very clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Highly recommended – we’d love to come back anytime! 🌴✨

Appartamento molto carino, curatissimo e molto pulito. È fornito di tutto quello che può servire per una vacanza e anche di più. Sono a disposizione sdraio sulla terrazza, una doccia esterna, dei teli mare e un ombrellone da portare in spiaggia. Il tavolo in terrazza dà la possibilità di mangiare all'esterno godendo della vista sull'oceano. Ana ed Alfonso sono due padroni di casa perfetti! Sempre sorridenti, disponibili ed attenti alle nostre necessità. Hanno anche molti consigli su cosa vedere durante la permanenza a Tenerife. Consigliatissimo!

Niente. Tutto perfetto!

L'appartamento é un vero gioiello, pulitissimo e attrezzato davvero di tutto....pensate ad una cosa e la troverete. Inutile dirlo la terrazza é il valore aggiunto dell'appartamento su nove giorni siamo usciti a cena una sola sera perché era un peccato non godersela. La posizione é ottima , 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia Las Teresitas. Inoltre due parole vanno spese per Ana e Alfonso due persone deliziose e speciali che sono entrate nel nostro cuore.

Weiterempfehlung weil.... Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Auch viele Haken um Kleidung und Handtücher aufzuhängen (das ist bei vielen Unterkünften Mangelware). Bequemes Bett und Bettwäsche. Schöne Aussicht und man ist hier für sich. Ein Pluspunkt war das Mückengitter. Die Vermieter wären äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank. Zur Lage: Zu Fuß ist man relativ schnell am Strand las Terestitas und im Ortskern mit ein paar Restaurants und leckerer Eisdiele. Ansonsten gibt es eher weniger zu sehen. Guter Ausgangspunkt um ins Anaga Gebirge zum wandern zu fahren.

Die Nachbarhunde bellen öfters Mal relativ laut, als stünden sie direkt neben einem. Bin davon auch Mal aus dem Schlaf gerissen worden. (Daran koennen die Vermieter ja auch nichts ändern) Wer empfindlich ist kann sich ja ohropacks mitnehmen.

The hosts met us upon arrival and couldn’t have been more welcoming. They were clearly lovely people who have very high standards and paid attention to the small details. The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed. Very relaxing, thank you for a great stay.

Everything was absolutely perfect. If I had to be picky, the only thing I would suggest would be a bbq/outdoor cooking area to make use of the beautiful outdoor space whilst cooking. Although, I understand these can get messy etc.

Apartment has a nice terrace with a great view. It is very clean and is equipped with everything one would need for a long or short stay. Easy walk to restaurants, grocery stores and the beach. Host are friendly and always available online. Great shower with plenty of hot water. Easy self check-in and check-out.

Very homely, lots of nice finishing touches

Very comfortable and spacious apartment. The hosts have thought of everything you could want during your stay and provided it. The location is great, short walk to playa Teresitas and into the town, and easily accessible to beautiful hikes in Anaga NP.
