Costa Adeje-Mareverde Resort Complex F16

Location was good. Very secure complex. Lovely walks nearby. Apartment spotless. Supermarkets nearby. Very quiet at night. Apartment has everything you need.

The whole complex is huge so it took a bit of getting used to finding our way. A lot of steps up to apartment which was ok for us but for anybody with mobility issues this would be a challenge.

The apartment was clean, close to the sea, in a cool quiet neighborhood. Recommended!

Excellent location just a 10 minute walk from the beach and bars. Apartment has a sea view which was lovely to see the sunset of an evening. Pools around the complex are lovely.

The complex is not well signed so it’s difficult to find when you arrive.

This small studio apartment is basic, but adequate. It is not in a beautiful location and does not have a beautiful outlook or view. But it is comfortable and central to the very touristy area of Costa Adeje, close to Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas. Very easy to travel from here by bus or on foot. Plentiful towels. Terrace with outdoor furniture. Kitchen equipment is ok. The hosts are very nice people. There is a swimming pool right next door to the apartment. It was mostly quiet, but we were outside school holidays.

It is a very quiet apartment complex considering it is so big, but the neighbours can be noisy. We had a couple of nights with loud stomping around upstairs at 2.30am and the next door neighbour set her phone alarm for 5.45am 2 days in a row, and then ignored it as it went off for 20 mins on the other side of the wall to our bed. The mattress is not very comfortable. I would say the photos are nicer than the reality.

The location is great, not too far from the beach, a bit uphill. There are a lot of stores and restaurants nearby. The apartment was very nice, clean and has everything you need. The pool was great. The host was very helpful and kind.

I liked everything.

Great location. The apartment was spotless. Watching the sunset from the balcony was one of the highlights of the holiday. Loads of swimming pools in the complex. Lorna’s pool bar is great, the ladies working there were super nice.

The complex is a little run down. There is very little parking. My suggestion to anyone with a car is to park along jardines del duque and use the back entrance to the property.

The apartment is in a great location on the complex for sunbathing - just walk straight outside and sunbeds are available. Lovely terrace to sit on with table and chairs. The apartment was very clean, with all bedding, bath and beech towels and kitchen appliances that you could ask for in a self catering apartment No problem with checking in or out and the communication via WhatsApp was perfect. Excellent Wifi connection for all devices you have with you.

Nothing - I wouldn't hesitate in staying in the apartment again and hopefully we can!!

Brilliant location. The resort felt very safe as it was gated. Multiple pools throughout the resort. The view from the balcony was brilliant, sun all day long! I loved that the apartment had a washing machine this came in really handy. The apartment was short of nothing, everything you could need was there! Everything was a short walk away. We have already looked at booking back in.

You have to gain access to the resort by waiting for other residents to let you in via the locked gates, this was the most difficult part. WiFi in the apartment seemed to be turned off during parts of our stay which was a little disappointing.
