Costa Adeje-Mareverde Resort Complex F16

Localização muito bem centralizada, como não fica de frente à praia é bem silencioso e calmo. A piscina é grande então temos bom proveito sem atrapalhar outra família. Fica a 20 minutos de carro do aeroporto, a 10 minutos do Sian Park, a 15 minutos do Monkeypark.

O único problema é estacionamento, alugamos um carro e para estacionar perto do local é difícil.

Ubicación, cerca de la playa y al Centro Comercial XSur, la tranquilidad del complejo.

Tendedero de ropa roto, en cuanto cuelgas dos toallas mojadas se te va al suelo. Solo cuenta con un juego de llave, y ahora que se han cerrado todas las piscinas y son necesarias para acceder a ellas te limita mucho. Los desagües de la ducha y el fregadero no drenan bien. Decoración sin sentido que en lugar de agradar el alojamiento te causa rechazo, cuadros sin sentido, relojes sin pilas, un color de cortinas y pared amarilloso que da sensación de lugar sucio, mesa de cristal y taburete como relleno que no son nada funcionales, ropas de camas limpias pero viejas con mal aspecto a cutre…

Las instalaciones estaban bien y el apartamento

La limpieza dejaba mucho que desear estaba limpio por encima por debajo de muebles había comida y bastante suciedad en eso se puede mejorar y poner un aire acondicionado también con un ventilador hacia bastante calor

The apartment had everything you need, the beds were comfy and we liked that the pool was right on your doorstep with plenty sun loungers around. The resort was kept very clean and tidy by the maintenance men and the staff at the pool bar were friendly. The resort was in a great location, close to many restaurants and bars and the beach was also close by.

We stayed in K60 and there was a pipe that went into a big plastic bottle and filled up with water when you had the air con on. We were not told about this on arrival and it overflowed and caused the patio to be extremely slippy. This was a bit of an inconvenience and it shouldn’t be something you have to think about when you are on your holidays. I feel it should be mentioned at the time of booking that if you arrive after 9pm then there will be increased charges for every hour after arrival and there will be NO access to the property if you arrive after 2am as this could potentially be a big problem for people if delayed etc. the lady ketty who managed the property was very rude, we waited on the balcony to give her the keys when we were checking out and the first thing she said was you have to leave NOW! All our luggage was sitting ready to go we were simply waiting to give her the keys.

Molto bella la location con piscina in comune, servita di tutto per cucinare e con un bel balconcino per mangiare fuori. Vicina al mare e ai supermercati. Vicino all'autostrada principale per muoversi in tutta l'isola.

Non era fornita di condizionatore, per chi soffre il caldo. Si crea in appartamento una cappa di calore non essendo ampia la finestra in camera la notte si può soffrire il caldo in estate.
