Nautico Beach & Golf Alicante

There were 2 bathrooms and the swimming pool Was very good ,

The living furniture and balcony furniture were uncomfortable and looked cheap

Fantastic location right across from beach. Lovely modern apartment with every facility one would require. Host Pilar and her husband José were so helpful. Tram stop so close to the property and was very handy to see a bit of Spain

The high rise apartments all along a beautiful coastline - some were very dated. Lots of waste ground around our building with weeds growing - spoilt views a bit.

The property was bright, fresh and immaculately cleaned, I liked the neutral colour palette too as keeps it looking like new. Anything we asked for Pilar responded to, she clearly loves the apartment due to some of the little details and furnishings. There were some nice touches too like Shower gel and toilet rolls, a bottle of water. The Nespresso coffee machine was a welcome delight with a few pods too. We did have to buy a few extra items for the kitchen like a tea towel and a spatula , (we know if we’d have asked Pilar would have probably got for us) but the kitchen doesn’t look like it’s ever been used- so clean! We know the area so the location is perfect for us and in the next street up there’s some lovely eateries, plus a big well stocked supermarket. There’s beach bars directly outside and a 15 minute walk along the seafront to the nice cafes.

We loved it and would happily live there and hope to return.

Everything was great - great location, well equipped clean apartment with a great sea view. The tram being next to the apartment block meant we could explore Alicante and we even travelled down to Benidorm with ease. Lovely location right on a beautiful beach - great restaurants nearby, McDonalds, Burger King etc. Fabulous supermarket too within a few mins walk - Consum - I've never found a better equipped supermarket abroad!

Two very small points were that we needed to ask for additional pillows as we only had one each, and tea towels (they had substituted this for kitchen roll for hygiene purposes), and the owner kindly gave to us before our third and fourth night and we found the mugs to be very small - us English like a big mug of coffee or tea!! - just a small pointer but everything else was great!
