La ubicación y los servicios del apartamento, estaba equipado. La comunicación con el gestor del apartamento.

La ducha no tiene caudal de agua, le falta potencia. Le hacía falta un repaso, un poco de pintura y demás, poco acogedor en ese aspecto. Las escaleras de acceso sin más, es un tercero en escaleras casi de "caracol", poco accesible, pero solo son unas escaleras para entrar en el apartamento.
