very spacious, close to the beach, quiet surrounding

minor thing like bathroom door not able to lock

Price was good A good sized property in a great location. Communication with owner was good.

The property is in desperate need of a refurbishment. The cleaning leaves a lot to be desired, I had to clean the whole house on arrival. The furniture is old & needs replacing. I think if the above was done the owner could attract higher rental rates, possibly double.

Townhouse la Tejita is the most best place I ever been becouse of location. It's quiet far away from big places like la americas so not many people.

Apartament is great becouse of enough big rooms, large garage so you can lock your car. Nice big swiming pool just 2 steps outside the house and 5min walk from the beach. I will visit that place again.

The apartment is very well situated. We could park one car in the garage under the house and one in front of it comfortably. The kitchen is well equipped. The owner and the caretaker were very polite and helpful. I can really recommend it if you’re planning to come and surf at El medano.
