Solo fuimos para una sola noche, no se podía entrar hasta las 15:00 lo cual es habitual, sin embargo teníamos que abandonar la casa al día siguientes antes de las 10.....

The photos in the listing are obviously old as things like the outdoor furniture was very tatty, poor cushions. The roof terrace was inhospitable and dirty. There was rubbish littered around, we assume from previous users. We didn’t realise that access to the roof terrace was via the main communal stairwell and not the apartment. Air con is on a 2 hour boost so not great for overnight but in fairness the reviews did state this. We were advised of this when we received the key code details. Another down point was the state of the microwave. The surround was hanging off, so I put it back and then I opened the microwave. Then closed it and refused to use it. It was rusty and didn’t look fit for use. This item definitely should be replaced ASAP. Although surface clean the whole apartment could do with a deep clean, especially inside cupboards & drawers

Het kook gerei was aan vervanging toe. Alle koekenpannen waren te oud om fatsoenlijke, zonder aanbakken, een eitje te bakken.

Przepiękny widok z wielkiego tarasu na basen i morze. Dwie łazienki, mega przestrzeń. Bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Prywatne miejsce parkingowe. Spędziliśmy tam cudowne 3 dni. Chętnie wrócimy.

Trochę zużyte meble na tarasie.

Alquilamos del 02/02/2026 al 06/02/2026 se nos fue la luz, el segundo día, fue imposible contactar con el dueño, conseguimos al día siguiente hablar con él por correo. Le echó la culpa al clima cuando en el resto de alojamientos tenían la luz operativa, seguimos sus instrucciones de ir al cuarto eléctrico a intentar solucionar nosotros el problema, pero no obtuvimos resultados positivos, ya no se comunicó más con nosotros. Llamamos a booking después de hacernos esperar y esperar y volver a esperar, nos dieron una indemnización de menos de 38 euros, con eso no nos pudimos ni realojar, en definitiva estuvimos toda la estancia sin luz, solo fuimos para dormir porque no nos podíamos ir a otro sitio porque lo teníamos todo pagado y lo mejor de todo aun no tenemos contestación alguna

El precio cambio radicalmente por 2 noches pague 180 quise hacer una reserva nueva y valía,125.....increíble q un particular especule con los precios de esta forma.la puerta principal está sucia dentro huele a viejo y el sofá s un sudor fuerte no se puede estar en el.es un precio absurdo para el lugar q claramente necesita reforma limpieza y cuidados.no sólo es pasarse con el precio también debería valerlo .pir ese precio pude ir a un muy buen hotel claramente me equivoque en la elección.su verdadero precio no puede ser por noche más,de 50 € y de limpieza 70€ un claro abuso.no lo recomiendo a nadie y no volvería JAMAS.tambien me extraña que se comuniquen en ingles cuando estamos en españa que se habla español.un completo fraude.

Nice view, pool well maintained. Good parking. Air conditioning was on a timer and only worked 2 hours at a time , whilst that’s ok in the daytime it is totally unacceptable at night for a family. We booked and paid for air con that was not available when we needed the most , to sleep at night . We had to sleep with all windows and doors open , which is not the safest option. We were not even in the hottest time, so I cannot imagine how frustrating it must be in July & August.

Air con on a two hour timer. Not practical at night to get up every 2 hours.
