Billy's Marina 360 with pool access

The apartment had a large corner sofa which was really comfy. Overall thr apartment was spacious airy and had a fantastic view. The rooftop terrace made up for the pool being off site. The pool was great because it was heated - essential during the winter months! A great apartment if you don’t mind a walk to the resort which we didn’t .

Lejligheden havde hvad man har brug for. Super pool opvarmet, det var rigtig lækkert, og kan anbefales. De fleste dage har pool bar åben, det er virkelig også godt og meget hyggeligt, og ikke en masse støj. Generelt kan dette sted anbefales med meget værdi for pengene. Vi kommer nok igen en anden gang. Og så er Puerto Mogan også bare en skøn lille by.

Hvis man er dårlig gående kan man ikke rigtig komme op, der mange trapper, eller stejl vej. Der er lidt langt til poolen fra boligen. Det tager ca 12-15 min at gå ned til marinaen hvor poolen er.

Tolle Unterkunft mit toller Dachterrasse, auch die Rezeption hat sich bemüht und uns sogar eine andere Unterkunft aufgrund der Baustelle angeboten. Die Putzfrau war sehr nett und fleißig.

Wie von den Vorgängern schön beschrieben, fehlt im Bad einfach eine Duschwand oder nen Vorhang. Dann hatten wir eine Baustelle direkt vor der Tür und hatten 2 Tage ziemlich viel Lärm.

Die Aussicht vom Balkon war spitze! Die Einrichtung der Wohnung war ansprechend. In 10 Minuten kann man ins Zentrum laufen und wohnt doch sehr ruhig. Die Parkplatzsuche konnte auch bewältigt werden, 5 Min. Fußweg muss man rechnen.

Auf dem Balkon fehlt für sonnige Tage ein Sonnenschirm oder eine Markise. Eine Glasabtrennung zwischen Dusche und Toilette wäre wünschenswert. Ein Flasche Wasser zum Empfang wäre das mindeste. In der Küche fehlte uns ein Küchenmesser, ein Schneidbrett, Waschpulver für die Waschmaschine .

Apartment is a nice size and modern with a good view. Couldn’t fault the cleaner, she was excellent! Roof terrace is great with glass front so great views with really comfortable huge sun loungers. Pool although not on site, had a really nice atmosphere, the staff there at Maria’s pool bar were lovely!

Sliding wardrobe doors were a nightmare, kept derailing and sticking! If being picky, I’d say a mirror in the bedrooms possibly. On arrival, you get your transfer/ taxi to reception which isn’t on site to collect your keys and then have to make your way to apartment yourself so another taxi fare or an uphill 20 minute struggle with your luggage which wasn’t an option! Information was very vague from reception generally, so probably wouldn’t have found it easily without a taxi! I contacted office before we came and asked if there were pool/ beach towels at the apartment. I was told yes but there weren’t any when we got there. Also, there was no welcome book or manual in the apartment so had to contact the office to ask about checkout procedure.

Location was great a little way from the centre. Nice and quiet, great views from the balcony. Cleaner in most days, so the place was spotless. Aircon good, quiet and dark for sleeping. Washing machine on the roof - good space for drying clothes.

Double bed could've been bigger. It's a bit small for my 195cm husband.
