There's no shower screen in the bathroom so when you take a shower, part of the bathroom will get wet. We had no cleaning products in the apartment but after asking reception, the friendly cleaning lady came by to bring it to us.

Modern and absolutely spotless. Beautiful apartment. Contained everything you might need. Air conditioned, bright and homely.

A bit of a walk from the beach & harbour, particularly if carrying groceries, water etc as return journey is uphill. We are reasonably fit 70 year olds but we know many our age that would not be able for the climb. This should be pointed out in advertising. Also, check in for Billies 360 needs to be improved. Reception staff lovely but we had to get a second taxi from reception to apartment given we had a number of cases. Taxi was cheap but it was an unnecessary inconvenience.

We were blown away as we walked into the apartment. Panoramic windows let you look out on to the whole of Puerto Mogan. We had 7b which is on the top floor, looking out to sea. Above the beautiful balcony there is also a sun terrace( see photo 1) with 4 double lounger beds. The building is very quiet as there are only 4 rooms. The whole apartment is done to a very good standard with effective AC in every room including lounge/kitchen. Cleaning every other day was a lovely touch for a self catering property Communication was excellent. They were even able to put an extra bed in my daughters' room. It is about 10 mins walk to the pool (lovely and over looking the harbour) as well as the beach, which we felt was reflected in the price of the apartment. This is the only reason for giving 9 not 10 stars. The walk into town is on only a slight incline along a pleasant road ( see photo 2)with views. Although Marina 360 is possibly the highest apartment ( see photo 3 for the white building) in the resort , there is only one set of up hill steps to contend with ( not too long). Overall an excellent apartment in Gran Canaria's nicest resort.

Only the fact the pool isn't on site. However, the roof terrace makes up for that to a large extent. Most accomodation in Puerto Mogan doesn't have a pool so we felt lucky to still have one to sit by each day.

Billy’s Marina 360 was one of the nicest holiday accommodations that we Ever stayed in ! The view from the balcony is absolutely amazing 😻. The apartment is So modern , the beds are comfy and the best sofa 🛋️ I’ve ever sat on ever !! Very close to town , a few minutes walk . The pool we got to use at Marina’s was fantastic, we loved it . The apartment block is extremely quiet which is one of our priorities. There is a supermarket across the road plus we were across the road from the Friday market which was great fun . We asked for late check out as we were flying at 9pm , the staff are so accommodating . Late check out was no problem. We spent some time up on the Solarium, the view from up there , wow 🤩and big comfy sun loungers We will only ever stay at Billy’s on future trips . It is absolutely perfect 🤩 Cleaning lady called to us most days
