Location and space.

Very poor sound proofing, noise from apartment above and neighbouring apartment. Late night noise and early morning noise.

Location is great, the view from the top terrace is amazing. The appartment is big and cosy, it has everything you need for a daily use. The nearby beach is very nice, not too crowded.

All the questions were automazed via bot. When sending a message about an issue (which wasn't that important to us - garage entrance), we got an automatic message, but no further reply from the owner on the subject. For us it was not a big problem, since it was always very easy to park a car, but it be nice to get a personal reply. The beds are not very comfy. Overall the positives far outweigh the negatives.

Really good size and layout for two. Excellent location, close to beaches and to the centre of El Médano, which has a great range of bars and restaurants. Two very large sun terraces ideal for al fresco eating and for sunbathing. The top terrace, off the bedroom, has a sea vista on a with a wonderful sunrise view. The apartment is comfortable and reasonably well equipped with plenty of cleaning products supplied, as well as shower gel and hand wash. Local staff were very helpful.

Could have done with more glasses. The key system for the apartment block is frustrating (but that's what you get on complexes!) The online registration form from the management company is a pain, takes ages to complete.
