"Niemals buchen!"

Die Lage.

Die Wohnung riecht nach Schimmel/Feuchtigkeit, es ist Schimmel sichtbar an mehreren Stellen in der Wohnung, unter anderem im Bad. Der Boden der Dusche war dreckig, die Oberflächen der Möbel teilweise staubig. Das WLAN funktionierte nicht und die Fernbedienung des Fernseher ebenfalls nicht. Die Gastgeberin ignoriert die Nachrichten tagelang und ist selbst nach Beschwerde über booking.com nicht bereit eine Lösung anzubieten, stattdessen wird noch gelogen.

"Good but basic home services provided"

Great location nice flat

There was no shower gel and shampoo. The host told us they usually have a welcome kit (hand soap and shower gel single use). That of course it is not enough and we had to buy shampoo and shower gel for the rest of our stay. Toilet paper is not enough. The flat is nice but with a minimum effort the host could provide a better service. The hairdryer was dangerously damaged, we asked for another one amd die to personal host’s issue we didn t get it. One of the neighbors saved us. So ok but the host should make an extra little effort..
