Location was good for the Camino

Almost impossible to gain access to the Apt. We had to ask a Spanish person to help us. Codes for the door were incorrect. It was like they did not want us to use the apt. I would never stay there again and we do the Camino every year.

We were told someone would meet us. Lock box was complex and no instructions. Phoned and woman hung up. Refused to answer after. I almost called police. I asked A man on the street to came and helped. It took us an hour to figure out how to unlock the box.

The meeting instructions were wrong. No one met us. The instructions of address were inadequate. Building was around a corner. It did not have the address on it. The instructions to get into lock box were non-existent. We struggled for an hour to figure out how the code worked to unlock the box. Exceedingly frustrating. Would never rent from these people again. There was no response from Booking.com.
