"alle nodige modaliteiten waren er maar best wel duur voor wat er wordt geboden"

- netheid - alles wat nodig was voor een kort verblijf was er (koffie, vaatwastabletjes, handdoeken, ..) - eigenaar reageert en informeert prima! heel vlot en positief - regelde onmiddellijk het teveel aan lawaai van de buren

- we hadden een heel klein balkon. is verwarrend met de foto met het terras met de blauwe stoelen. dat leek heerlijk, het ander was te klein, konden amper buiten met 2 en we waren met 3 - appartement ligt heel dicht bij drukke baan, met raam open veel last van verkeer - airco enkel in woonkamer waardoor er in de slaapkamer met deur open moest geslapen worden - vond niet direct borstel en poetsgerief (stond buiten op het einde van lang balkon) waardoor niet onmiddellijk lukte om eens zand en dergelijke bij elkaar te vegen - slaapbank was hard om op te slapen

"Great flat in a quiet neighborhood, great for families"

The apartment was perfect for our family of 5. It was super clean. The hosts were amazing and accommodated all our needs. They even helped us carry our bags, truly superstars!!! Big kudos to Ilia !!! The neighborhood is really quiet and well located. You're 15 mins by bus from central Valencia and 30 mins from the beach. The subway is not too far walking as well.

We really liked the apartment — it was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed.

The beach is not very close, but there’s a nearby bus station with a direct line, which made getting there easy.
