The hot water never worked properly, the shower was so small you could not turn around of bend forward in it to adequately wash, the balcony/deck was never cleaned and cluttered with a pile of broken lawn chairs, over 3 weeks we only had a cleaner in once, the pool deck chairs we’re mostly broken so you had to hunt for one that wasn’t, The original washing machine was broken and did not work. So after the first week we had a new washing machine that worked fine, the beds were extremely uncomfortable, particularly the double bed, and you’re ability to access. Power outlets was extremely limited, as there were so few in the apartment.

On arrival we had to wait until someone was exiting the building to gain access. We were told to buzz apartment 111 unfortunately that apartment is empty.

Great stay, we got all that we were expecting, no frills but all working perfectly

Great location, spacious apartment, big terrace and very handy for the pool

Pool towels would be a nice touch and would prefer proper plates rather than the plastic ones provided - not major items but would be ideal

Communication prior to arrival was good, and the arrangements for key collection were very easy to follow. The location is great, situated within easy walking distance of both Yumbo and Cita, yet quiet and relaxing, too. The apartment met all our needs for a relaxing break in the sunshine. There is a nice patio that fronts onto the lovely pool area.

We did not discover any faults or problems during our stay. A trouble-free stay.

This is a well located, clean ground floor apartment. It's secure and quiet. There's a decent size swimming pool too.

There are 2 close bus stops that stop different bus lines, that were handy. There are plenty of supermarkets, cafes and restaurants around. The apartment has good facilities if you want to have meals in the apartment.

Second time used Sweet Home. We came back because it is an excellent place to stay. Very well equipped, great location, clean and comfortable.

A small problem with one of the exits but solved by main gate being left open.
