Apartamento Ferrera Park 307

First of all, we were amazed with the balcony view. The apartment itself is quite big, so if you’re travelling with a group up to 6 people, there will be enough space. It’s super close to the beach with turquoise water. Beds have comfortable mattresses. Staff is very friendly and helpful! There was no iron in the apartment, but they brought it after we asked.

The washing machine is very old and we had problems with its programs every time we wanted to wash our clothes. The washing cycles are extremely long!! Also, there was no shower gel in the apartment (while there were, for instance, tablets for dishwasher). I find it strange as it costs couple of euros. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay and would like to return.

Not to do with the property it’s self but it would be useful to make it clear to guests which days towels will be changed through out their stay. As by day 4 the towels really needed changing but we didn’t have a clue if/when they would be. So we bought washing powder and washed them all. But as soon as we washed them that same day they came to change them. So it was money that we didn’t need to spend. Other than that everything else was perfect.

Lovely apartment in a great location. The sea view is lovely and the apartment is nice and spacious. Beds are super comfy and the kitchen has everything you could need. nb, the washer is in the bathroom - it took me a while to find it!

Would have liked beach towels included but it’s not a deal breaker as there are plenty of ‘beach’ supplies and the air con is on a timer so at first we just thought it wasn’t working. All fine once we found this out!

Nice size.

It was very cool at night, heating not working or powered off by owner, set stats in room to temperature but heat would not turn on. Spoke to other apartments had same issue.
