Die Bilder versprechen viel und die Erwartungen waren hoch aber wurden nicht vollständig erfüllt. Neuer Besitzer und die Wohnung scheint zumindest neu gestrichen zu sein; kein Schimmel mehr aber immer ein leicht feuchter Geruch, da altes Gemäuer. Bushaltestelle in der Nähe (ca. 3 min. zu fuß) und in die Innenstand zu Fuß sind es ca. 20 min. Wohngegend ist sehr sicher. Kommunikation vorab mit Versand des Türcodes lief einwandfrei und ein früheres einchecken war nach Absprache auch möglich. Kommunikation über WhatsApp war sehr unkompliziert. Wohnung definitiv nur für max. 2 Personen zu empfehlen.

Wohnung weist starke Gebrauchsspuren im Bad an der Dusche auf , vor allem Kalk. Dekoration in der Wohnung ist sehr billig (Plastikblumen und halb abgebrannte Kerze). Dann lieber Deko weglassen als das und dann auch noch die Preisschilder dran. Couch ist fleckig und da bringt es nichts eine Decke drüber zu machen.
