The bed was comfortable and the shower had great pressure. The instructions to get access to the key was also very good

The hairdryer wouldn't stay open. The apartment was damp. The facilities lists are not quite right. It says hot drink making facilities , if you have english people staying you need to provide a kettle , we had to boil water in a saucepan as we don't use the small coffee things that are there.

"Bad"

The tap in the shower malfunctioned during the night and dripped all night and we couldn't sleep and there was black mould in the bathroom. Also, the showerhead holder was broken and you had to hold the showerhead to shower. The property smelt bad as it was clearly suffering from damp and we both were coughing and sneezing when we left. The bedstead and the handles of the bedroom window, the cupboard in the kitchen and the cafetaire were all broken and the sofas were old, dirty and damaged.
