En primer lugar, una ubicación inmejorable, a dos pasos de la Giralda y el Alcazar, pero sin estar con una sensación de zona ultra masificada. El anfitrión fue muy amable y servicial en todo momento, permitiéndonos entrar antes al apartamento. El apartamento en sí era muy amplio, con dos habitaciones perfectas para viajes con amigos o familia. Cocina y salón espaciosos, luminosos y con todo lo necesario para una larga estancia y café de cortesía. Habitaciones en parte de atrás, sin ningún tipo de ruido, con dos baños independientes con bañera.

Algunos acabados (suelos, carpinterías, gotelé) están algo anticuados, especialmente en comparación con la buena decoración del apartamento, y en particular los baños. Una Smart TV no estaría de más en el salón.

Everything was great. Very kind and helpful personnel, central location, big apartments with everything you might need.

The location is absolutely perfect. It felt like it was equidistant from all the main attractions. It’s located on a traditional, pedestrian shopping street but is very quiet, particularly the bedrooms which are at the rear of the apartment. It’s quite a spacious apartment and would suit a family or two couples well. The living area is large, nicely presented, very comfortable and has loads of nice seating. The kitchen was spotless and looked well equipped but, with so many fantastic cafes, restaurants and pizza, ice cream, churros and empanada vendors close by, I’d say it’s not used much.

The showers are over the baths and one couldn’t be used comfortably as the water runs along a ledge and onto the floor unless you hold the hose in your hand. The apartment is quite big and functional but there are no traditional designs or features. An investment in better toiletries and pillows would be welcomed and some additional towels. The hand soap, shower gel and body wash are all the same apple fragranced product. The bedroom windows face walls but this means they’re quiet and cool.

Excellent location. The bedrooms were at the back so pretty quiet. Lounge particularly nice, nicely decorated, plenty of room. Good service, had a couple of problems and they were extremely fast in putting them right.

Hosts were very accommodating and allowed us to drop our bags off earlier than the scheduled check in

There was only 1 pillow per person, two per person would have been great, but otherwise everything was very comfortable, clean and the place was super spacious! Location was excellent!
