Bien placé, propose, magnifique vue, la re-activité de l'hôte via WhatsApp. Les instructions pour récupérer les clés tres tard étaient parfaites (cela dit j'aurais aime avoir les instructions un peu plus en avance pour moins de stress du a mon voyage tardif). Autre petit bémol, les murs laissent passer les bruits, donc on pouvait entre les voisins le soir, mais ils n'étaient pas bruyants donc pas de problèmes pour moi. Autrement rien a dire sur mon séjour, parfait.

The apartment was exceptionally clean and homely, with a lovely fresh aroma on arrival and nicely furnished throughout. It was very well equipped, with everything from a coffee machine and saucepans to every type of glass you could imagine, plus a smart TV, washing machine with detergent, dishwasher tablets, and plenty of wardrobe space and hangers. The air conditioning worked brilliantly, making the stay even more comfortable, and the whole complex felt secure, clean, and well maintained. The views were a real highlight – fabulous sea and mountain views, with the terrace catching the morning sun and staying pleasantly shaded in the afternoon, as well as overlooking the pool. The pools themselves were excellent, with no problem finding a lounger and often having them almost to ourselves. The location was also ideal, within walking distance of the town, beach, supermarkets, restaurants, and bars, with a regular bus route nearby. Overall, it had everything needed for a relaxing, enjoyable holiday.

The only small downsides were that there are quite a lot of steps up to the apartment block from the pool or main entrance to the complex - so mobility would need to be considered. The complex operates on a key fob basis and for the duration of our stay we only had one key fob - so organisation was required when the group split up in order to get back into the apartment. I’m certain this issue can be rectified.

⸻ Very Disappointed – Not Returning This was our third stay at Señor de Aloha, and it was by far the worst. The apartment had no toilet paper, no vacuum (even though we stayed a week), and no dishwasher soap. We tried calling for help multiple times—no response. The office was also closed, so we had to buy everything ourselves. When we told the cleaning staff on checkout day, they rudely said we should have brought those things ourselves—something we never had to do during our previous visits. To make things worse, although checkout was at 12, the cleaners showed up early. We asked for a bit more time, and they agreed. We left 45 minutes later, only to have €45 deducted from our €500 deposit for being “late.” We’ve been loyal guests in the past, but after this experience, we won’t be returning. Service has dropped dramatically. ⸻

The location was excellent and the apartment was beautiful. The facilities were excellent and it was very peaceful. Everything was well labelled so it was very easy to see where things were kept after you had used them. There were plenty of restaurants nearby and supermarkets within walking distance.

There were reed diffusers in both bathrooms which prevented any unpleasant odours but they were extremely strong smelling, which upset my husband's breathing. We actually had to put them on the balcony to stop him wheezing. It was great to have a washing machine available but it would have been helpful to have some instructions with it as it wasn't straightforward to work out.
