The apartment was very good, close to the beach, shops, and several restaurants. The apartment had everything we needed, so we didn't have to worry about a thing. I recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Tenerife last week and would happily return! The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean, and very well maintained. It’s located in a lovely complex that feels safe and pleasant, making it a great place to relax. There was more than enough room for six people to stay comfortably without ever feeling crowded. Everything we needed for a one-week stay was provided. Both the bathroom and the kitchen were extremely well equipped, especially for self-catering. We found all the essential amenities and more, which made cooking and day-to-day living very easy and convenient. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome and completely at home. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into making guests feel comfortable.

The apartment is spacious and well equipped, and has mostly everything you need for a longer stay. When we found that the juice press didn't work properly it was promptly replaced with a working one. Freshly squeezed local oranges was a daily treat! The apartment is perfectly located in La Tejita, with everything you need within walking distance - beach, grocery shop, restaurants. We arrived in early January, and the community pool was still a bit cold, but after the first few days it was warmer and made for a fresh bath. Since there were few sun beds around the pool, we bought some lightweight camping chairs which we brought with us both to the poolside and the beach. These are left in the apartment for future guests, along with a sun parasol for beach use. The apartment complex is very tidy and clean, regularly attended and taken care of. The same can be said for the apartment itself, which was spotlessly clean and tidy when we arrived. La Tejita beach is a hidden gem! It's large, friendly, and there is plenty of space. Very low key and relaxed. This is our third visit to the area, and the beach is among the top reasons for going back. Also, the laid back feeling around La Tejita is important for us. Although there are many holiday homes and tourists there, it's away from the major tourist hustle and bustle. We had a rental car, and did some exploring of the area. Also found a small winery up in the local hills, where we bought some nice local wine. Other wineries were not open, or hard to find. There was also a music festival across all the Canary islands going on while we were there, and had the chance to enjoy a fantastic concert in the amazing Auditorie de Tenerife, in Santa Cruz. Highly recommended visit, if only to see the architectural gem by Calatrava from close up.

A dishwasher would have been much appreciated! We see that this is often not installed in many holiday homes on the island, which is a little surprising. In short, we do not want to spend time on vacation doing the dishes (luxury problem, but still)! The apartment balconies do not have much sun in the afternoon, which we sometimes missed. Nothing the host can do about that, though.

Отлично провели время, по прибытию нас ждали прохладительные напитки в холодильнике (лимонады, вода, пиво, вино), которые были включены в цену. Современный комплекс с подземной парковкой, всё необходимое было в квартире.

Tolle ruhige Lage mit Blick auf die Berge und aufs Meer. Schön ausgestattet, Essig/Öl und Gewürze & Kaffee vorhanden. Sehr großer Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und 7 Tage die Woche von Morgens bis Abends geöffnet .Sehr netter Vermieter. Jederzeit gern wieder !!!
