LA TERRAZA DE LA FLORIDA terraza 225 m2

Apartament net i còmode, a uns 20 minuts caminant del centre d’Oviedo. Bon aparcament gratuït al mateix edifici. Molts comerços al voltant, supermercat als baixos de l’edifici. Propietari molt atent i amable. Et facilita llocs per visitar, restaurants on anar, i està disponible per tot allò que necessiteu. Molt accessible entrada i sortida de la ciutat per poder veure altres llocs d’interès turístic.

Per dir alguna cosa, potser caldria arreglar una mica el bany de l’habitació. El plat de dutxa està en mal estat, la cortina és una mica vella, i el penjador de la tovallola de la pica està descollat de la paret. Aquest lavabo és la part més fluixa de tot l’apartament.

Un apartamento excepcional!! Uno de los mejores que emos estado!! La ubicación para poder ir a cualquier lugar y al llegar donde poder descansar!! Una apartamento con todo detalle! Muy cómodo y su gran terraza era estupenda!!! Los alrededores geniales ... Un parque enorme.. bares... Tiendas... Muy céntrico...lo recomiendo 100x100 y el dueño super atento y muy amable en todo momento.... Nos gustó tanto que volveremos seguro!!!

A spacious and well equipped apartment. Good local services including two supermarkets and about 20 minutes walk into the old city.

No kettle. Tea needs properly boiling water.

Big patio / terrace for our dog and comfy beds. Host Agustin was very helpful too.

Great apartment, huge terrace. not new, but everything is there! The presence of parking is a huge plus and the center can be reached on foot. there is a supermarket in the house

I would like to update the pots and frying pan; it was difficult to cook with them.

IT was comfortable for 4 person, great location, clean and personal was very helpful and reacted fast to questions. There was 2 bathrooms, which was like a bonus. And very big terrace. Nice to sit there if there is a warm evening.

All was great. Only thing for us was heating system - we didn’t understand when it’s working and how the temperature changes. But it didn’t bother us.
