"Great location , Fabulous host"

Great location. Lots of lovely bars & restaurants nearby. Carlos was a fabulous host who came out at midnight with spare keys to the apartment when the original set & some of other belongings “disappeared “ out of my bag ! It was easy to walk to everything & we really liked the San Lorenzo area.

The only negative thing I would say is that the bathroom is quite tired.

"PUNTUACIÓN MEDIA, mejorable fácilmente!"

La ubicación del apartamento es excelente, en el casco antiguo y todo a mano. Se camina un poco y llegas a todos lados. Una maravilla.

La calefacción solo funciona en la planta de arriba, abajo no calienta. Decir que el anfitrión nos dejó un calentador. Apartamento muy mal insonorizado, se escucha todo como si estuvieras literalmente en la calle junto a las personas, muy mejorable. Tuvimos una problemática con unos pintores en los patios a las 07:00h rápidamente solucionada por Carlos. Hay detalles que podrían mejorar con muy poco (como un sofá nuevo que el que está, está más que amortizado y es malísimo para dormir, unos cojines mejores, una pintura de vez en cuando y algún retoque en zócalos) y que darían mejor calidad y que hacen la diferencia a los huéspedes que de eso se trata.

"Cosy stay in the heart of Seville"

The property is in a very nice area, right in the center, near the restaurants, grocery shops, very quiet even if its the center. The apartment is so nice and you can make it very dark during the night.

The coffee machine for me was somehow hard to use the first time.
