El tamaño del apartamento y la ubicación

El lamentable estado de la limpieza del apartamento, utensilios, ropa de cama, toallas..., que optamos por no utilizar. El lavavajillas no funcionaba, no había ventilador ni tostadora. Ropa de cama gastada y que ha perdido el color blanco. Zonas que parecen no haberse limpiado nunca... En general, apartamento sucio y desatendido.
