Apartamento Los Azahares

Apartamento sencillo pero funcional. Ubicado en el casco antiguo y muy bien situado para visitar a pie la ciudad. Cerca de la parada del bus a aeropuerto. Se agradece disponga de jabón, sal, aceite, toallas... Check-in muy fácil y autónomo. Dispone de 2 habitaciones, perfecto para 3 o 4 personas, ya que no haces uso de sofá cama.

Para nosotros no fue impedimento, pero si vas en coche no es una zona fácil para aparcar.

Die Lage und an sich das Apartment ist süß eingerichtet.

Die Handy-Aplikation zum Öffnen der Tür des Gebäudes hat nicht funktioniert. Glücklicherweise kam bald ein andrer Bewohner und machte und die Tür auf. Dann fehlten allerdings auch die Schlüssel in der Wohnung und wir mussten ziemlich lange warten bis jemand ihn gebracht hat. Außerdem fehlte auch Klopapier, das erst gebracht werden musste.

Super Lage, überwiegend sehr sauber und gute Ausstattung der Küche. Ich durfte zwar nicht früher einchecken aber mein Gepäck früher abstellen, was sehr nett war. Die Wohnung ist hell und leise, man hört nur etwas die Nachbarn. Das Bad ist toll.

Man wird geflutet mit teils KI generierten Nachrichten, mehrfach Erinnerungen ans Check-in selbst wenn man es schon gemacht hat. Allgemein ist die Wohnung in schlechterem Zustand als auf den Fotos zu erkennen ist (Wasserflecken an den Wänden, Boden zerkratzt, Schrank schließt nicht richtig, Schiebetür hat kein Schloss). Es gibt keine gute Sitzgelegenheit (das Sofa ist sehr schlecht, ich würde keinenfalls empfehlen dort zu übernachten) und auch keine Balkonmöbel. Die Barhocker sind viel zu hoch zum Essen am Tresen - alles in allem also etwas wenig durchdacht und keine Liebe zum Detail. Daher stimmte für uns Preis-Leistung nicht.

La posizione è centralissima, la casa è molto accogliente e c’è tutto il necessario

Al nostro arrivo c’era odore di fogna e la lavatrice sapeva odore da muffa

La ubicación es excelente. Estás en el centro y no hay ruido por la noche y eso que estuvimos en fin de semana

Great location, near Las Setas Had a good night sleep every night. We had everything we needed and more. Good coffee machine. Lots of hot water for showers and washing dishes. There was a shop nearby for provisions and the staff are friendly and helpful. There are lots of restaurants nearby and there is luggage storage nearby too.

We did not get greeted at the property as expected. We were messaged with information and instructions in Spanish and given photos. This caused a lot of confusion for us initially when trying to find the apartment and access it, given we do not speak Spanish. There was some smell from drains in the bathroom but it got sorted after using products. Bathroom is in need of an upgrade.
