Had amazing facilities great location so clean would definitely stay again if I go back to Seville

My friend found the mattress a bit too hard and had a sore back

Beautiful, new, has everything you need, from coffee to detergent etc. Staff were very nice, communicated very well the whole time, gave us many recommendations for restaurants and bars.

1.Quite Centralised location and Area 2.The Apartment was spotless clean. 3. Staff were good.. Victoria & Sophie came once we managed to get a good samaritan to call them. Everything else was good and we liked it.

There is no sign board to mention any as "Magna Apartments". It will be good if there was a signbaord outside prominent for tourists like us who have language barrier. Also, we didn't had any mobile data to connect with the staff or what so ever. We were there already but to locate the exact place was an hassle. No eceptionist Or anyone to attend to us - all seems virtual. Some one should be there when we have bpoked and confimed the timing of arrival. (NEED A CLEAR INSTRUCTION OR FLAGGED OUT ADDRESS) Most of them don't speak English and locals don't know the neighbourhood well.. It will be good if you could mention on some landmark for easy access. & some instructions on the operation of Oven and stove - Whether all glasswares can be used in the oven etc. Scissor was missing in the cutlery group :) Lastly, the Water heater was a failure. Wasn't working and we had to have cold showers. Please look into it. No one to help or repair instantly. This is the only set back.

Good location, apartment clean, comfortable bed & good air-con and WiFi

Walls very thin so hear neighbours, missing a few basics like dish towel and towel rail in shower room. Also the intercom between front gate and the apartment not working correctly as it rang in a neighbours apartment.

The property is in a great location and had everything we needed for a great stay.

The only difficulty we had was finding the location and needed assistance from the host to find it. It is about 500metres from parking which wasn’t a problem for us but might be for others.
