More supplies needed such as towels and toilet paper. We had trouble with the washer not spinning the water out of clothes.

The best property I’ve ever been in. You can find everything you need to make your holiday better. The check in was super easy and the owner will send you the instructions one day before arrival. 5 minutes walk from the old town. A special thank you to Rocio, the house owner. What a beautiful soul, communication was perfect and she was available all the time when we needed her. I’d say the property is better for families as it’s located in a quiet building. Well deserved 5 stars!! Keep up the good job, Rocio.

Noise, from upstairs apartment.

The location was very convenient and the flat was big enough for 6 people.

The building is not very soundproof and we had to discipline our kids to behave quietly😉

This is an excellent property. Great location, excellent facilities, very accommodating host.

Nothing

Very central location, close to everything on foot. Spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The communication with the host was very good. Offers tea, coffee and some sweets in the kitchen and also shampoo and liquid soap in the bathrooms.

The apartment wasn't clean. There was dust everywhere, hair on the bathroom floor, the bed sheets didn't smell fresh and looked used. We had to mop the floor ourselves the first day there. The beds were really uncomfortable and the pillows very hard. Definetely needs a better cleaning service!

1) Rocio the host was very helpful and nice. 2) The property was excellent in everything: clean, spacious, well furnished and equiped with all our needs, the host was even very generous with us and left some tea, coffe and olive oil in the kitchen for our first brakefast. 3)The property is located in center downtown, we could walk to almost all our destinations.

Really nothing to dislike at all.

The apartment is in a great location, just a 5 minute walk from Plaza de Armas bus station. We travelled from Faro by bus so this was a huge benefit to us. There are restaurants all around and the Real Alcazar was 15 minutes walk away. The apartment is a great size, beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. We would return in an instant.

The option of softer pillows would be nice, and also a plug for the kitchen & bathroom sinks. We had so few dishes to wash it would have been wasteful to put the dishwasher on. In the end we washed our dishes in a pot.
