Very engaging and accommodating host.

The apartment was comfortable and walking distance to sites.

Parking was a bit far.

It was very pleasant to meet the apartment owner greeting us when we arrive. The apartment is huge, has a good lighting and super fast internet. Central location near the main attractions, in front of the bus station and nice options for food.

We could hear the neighbors.

Ana is a person who does not respect her hosts, she is rude when communicating, and makes unfounded prejudices, going as far as threatening to call the police in advance. The apartment is well located, although it's noticeable that the owner doesn't want to incur energy expenses, going as far as leaving the hot water heater disconnected and lowering the circuit breakers of the air conditioners to avoid using these high-consumption appliances. The TV, I have even seen larger tablets, it can be less than 20 inches.

The apartment is located at waking distance from city center in a quite area, it is pretty clean and nice. The beds are very comfortable.

It is a bit small for 8 persons

The apartment has a nice location, though it's is some distance from the parking and the parking is paid, which we didn't realize when booking. When you click on the parking details in the Ad, it does show, we just hadn't seen it so be aware. Having said that, the host gave us good information on the parking so that was very helpful. The apartment was fine for a one night stay, all rooms seemed nice and the kitchen seemed equipped fine (even though we didn't use it).

The apartment was quite dusty, didn't seem like it was vacuumed cleaned at all. Communication with the host was a bit tricky, since she only spoke Spanish and no English, though she did seem nice. Luckily one of us did speak Spanish but somehow she expected 7 people to arrive but we were only 3?

Within walking distance from the main attractions, perfect for a small group or families! Getting in contact with the host and checking in was easy.

Noisy at night if windows left open.

The location was really good as it was really close to the center of Cordoba. The owner of the house was really helpful as they send multiple options of places to eat. They also guided and told us about the details of the house really clearly.

The house was generally good but the bed sheets could have been cleaner.
