Magnífico apartamento al lado de la playa Torrecilla en Nerja

Lägenheten börjar bli slitet o möblerna behöver bytas ut, framförallt fattas det någon typ tamburmajor att hänga av sej jacka på och krokar i kök o badrum. Ett par bordslampor för lite mysbelysning så man ser när man behöver gå upp på natten t.ex.

The check in procedure, had to find an office in town to get the key which was a bit confusing, but very helpful once I found the office. Shower blocked up & lift out of order for the first 3 days but they did fix it 3 flights of stairs a bit much when out of order.

The apartment was just as the brochure states. The location was perfect, and minutes walk from the beach and the promenade. There was also a plethora of restaurants of assorted cuisines. Also very easy walk to the Balcon and the heart of Nerja. The apartment felt safe to enter and leave, whatever time of the day that you arrive. It was also a gated entry to the block, which gave you that added security. Inside the apartment which was spacious and light, there was everything that i needed. The kitchen was well equipped, the lounge was light and airy, and very comfortable. It was a delight to sit on the balcony. There was the hustle and bustle of the streets below which added that holiday feel. From the balcony at one end i could clearly see the beach, and at the other end, the beautiful mountain range. It was lovely to see the changing hue of the mountain throughout the day. A painter’s paradise.

The process of collecting the keys would have been very difficult without friends who lives locally. I was delayed arriving and it was nighttime before I collected the keys. They had to be collected from a security location at Plaza estates and the it was a truck across town to the apartment i collected the keys. Though a very fit 73 yr old I had a 20kg suitcase and a ruck sack. Without the support of my friend who new-the area it would have been a very challenging feat.However as stated above, it was a lovely end to the day, because the apartment was a very welcomed relief Sadly also on the last 3 working days, I was awakened to the sound of drilling and hammering from 8.30am until i left the apartment at midday. The drilling was from somewhere in the block. Although annoying it did not ruin my stay, because the work stopped halfway through the day, and stopped at the weekend. I cannot blame the apt owner because they may not have been aware of this occurring. Also, i have just put this down to routine property renovation.

Location for beach restaurants supermarkets excellent also dealing with apartment staff very good

Needs new covers for couch and a slight smell through out whole building

The close location to the sea, and the place is so quite at night!

○The huge hotel across the street. Because of that, our balcony had no sun before 10am and until 12noon.. ○ Our bed mattresses were awfully hard, back ache every morning, the pillows, as well, were too small and flat!! ○ We were obliged to buy basic things like hand soap, toilet paper, kitchen rolls....... etc...
