Es war alles perfekt! Modern eingerichtet, sauber, alles vorhanden. Der Jacuzzi auf dem Dach ist dann das i-Tüpfelchen mit Meer- und Bergblick. Empfang war toll und selbst die Strassenbahnkarte haben wir bekommen. Daher einfach TOP!

This is one of those rare listings where the already amazing pictures do not actually do the apartment justice. The view is amazing; the apartment is clean, very spacious, and has everything you need; and the facilities (roof-top terrace with a Jacuzzi) are great. Lovely stay!

If you plan on walking to the old town of Alicante, please double-check the distance or grab the tram. There is also no nearby supermarket (if you are on foot, anyway!). Another thing to note, as others have also noted, is that the apartment is right next to a very busy road which you cannot help but hear, even with closed windows. This is the only drawback of the apartment and if you are sensitive to noise, this may not be the best apartment for you.

Fantastic open plan, modern and clean apartment with amazing views. Rooftop space was beautiful and included hot tub. Overall highly recommend.

Not within walking distance of Alicante centre, but La Isleta tram station very close, this wasn't a problem. Trams cheap, regular and reliable into Alicante, around 8 mins journey time.

The property was lovely!! Very clean, excellently equipped and was in a great location- overlooking a beautiful bay, right next to the tram stop and away from the hustle and bustle of the town. The pool was very clean and the beach was right on the doorstep and was never overcrowded. It seemed to be a spot used by locals more than tourists. The sand was soft and the sea was clear. You can walk around the whole bay, by the waters edge, in just under an hours return trip. What made this holiday for us was the addition of the roof terrace. There were sun beds, an umbrella, table and chairs and a jacuzzi. This allowed my adult children to have their own private space. When booking, I hadn’t realised we had the top 2 floors- the uninterrupted views were stunning and priceless. We would sit on the balcony and just watch the world go by. Yes there was road noise, as previous reviews have mentioned, but this was never an issue for us and did not detract from this wonderful apartment. It was a 5 minute walk to shops selling local produce and bread, as well as a bar and restaurants. We hired a car and used this to get around- the roads were easy to navigate and several supermarkets were nearby. My daughter is celiac and gluten free products were never an issue. We ate out in Alicante old town on several occasions (hopping on the tram). The owners were so nice and accommodating and the apartment was very secure with gated parking and entrance.

Apartament rewelacyjny. Wszystko idealne. Cudowny widok! Blisko komunikacja do centrum i na inne plaże. Blisko sklep, wspaniałe restauracje. Polecam każdemu!! Obsługa bardzo miła.

Our taxidriver send us to the wrong location but our host got us another taxi right away to the right location. The service from the host was excellent, the view was perfect, the appartment was near Alicante city and there’s a free parking spot at the appartment. The kitchen had all the supplies you need, the livingroom has a lot of space. Overall loved the appartment and our stay, would highly recommend!

When you look at the pictures it looks like the second bedroom and bathroom are the same but they are not the same. The second bedroom is a lot smaller and this also applies for the bathroom. There are no pictures of the second bedroom and bathroom, so it’s a bit misleading. Also the airconditioning is centrally controlled and not per room.

Noise level from road was a bit noisy but got better as the week went on.
