The location, the spacious interior space and the elevator coming straight into the room

The inflexible way the staff received us. Lack of information about the apartment at check-in. No kettle in the kitchen. inefficient air conditioning.

Location Location Location!

ceiling fans would be great!There is a bar right outside the windows so it gets loud. if you close the windows it gets hot inside.

Theme

location and yoda.

Noise from bar behind bedroom, the window wasn't sealing properly, no kettle. Sofa bed needed extra support (cheeseboard from cupboard worked well). You had to go through bedroom to get to only toilet in the ensuite.

The key pick up/check in process. If you were arriving by car it would be an awkward process.

the location was in the center. Very convenient to go to the plaza Mayor

There is a bar underneath and the noise was unbelievable until 4am. Also, the sofa bed was broken and doesn’t stay open. It is not really suited for families that sleep around midnight.

the sheets didn’t stay on the bed, i think they were too small.
