The best location, although the apartment needs to be updated and modernized.

Great location and terrace. There is everything you need for your stay. Check-out is until 11:30, but host was kindly allowed to leave our bags until 14:15 as our guide tour ended at 14:00. Thank you very much Raquel and Irma

The location is perfect for visiting everything, very close to a parking. the apartment is comfortable, but improvements (renovations) are needed in the kitchen, both in terms of furniture and equipment. the sofa is different from the one presented in the booking and is very difficult to use for sleeping (it folds under your weight and you reach on foot or, if you do not sit very carefully in the middle area, it rises from your feet) for two people who only use the bedroom for sleeping, the location is perfect

The location was perfect - a very easy walk to everything we wanted to see and do. While the apartment is up several flights of stairs, there is a luggage lift so you don't need to carry your bags up and down all the stairs. Being higher has the advantage of a lovely outlook down to the street and square below. The apartment is spacious with plenty of character. We enjoyed sitting out on the good sized balcony. Lovely shops and restaurants are all nearby.

The competency of the people managing the property. I had 3 different people messaging me on WhatsApp before we arrived, which was confusing on who I should be messaging. We were directed to go to a wrong apartment when we arrived and were then told they had made a mistake after we had been in the wrong apartment for an hour, so had to then pack up and move to the correct apartment 10 mins walk away. There were quite a few minor maintenance matters that needed to be attended to, like broken kitchen handles and cracks in windows - nothing that was a problem for our stay, but were things I felt should have been attended to previously. You also need to be wary of the sofa bed - it ate me alive when I went to get in it! Don't lean on the pillows getting in or it will all fold back up - try sitting in the middle and slowly spreading yourself flat - that seemed to work without getting trapped! I had to laugh to see another reviewer with the same problem - glad their kids survived!

This is a beautiful and spacious apartment just minutes from the Mezquita-Catedral and virtually all the other tourist attractions in Cordoba. The large terrace with very comfortable patio furniture looks out on to Calle Manriquez, a pedestrianised street full of shops and restaurants. The bedroom window looks out on to an internal courtyard. The flat is quiet, comfortable, very clean and beautifully furnished. I wish I could have stayed longer than just four nights. As regards the flat's excellent location: it is also just three minutes from the No.3 bus stop that takes you directly to the train and main bus station (the stop is called "Martyrs"), plus there is a taxi rank right opposite the bus stop.

I didn't use the washing machine, but it is quite old and needs a bit of a clean.
