San Marino with heated pool, only 450 meters to the beach, aircondition, wifi

It was exactly like in the pictures. It was very clean and Cristina was very helpful and answered my texts quickly

Overall I think was good value for money Would be great to have some shower gel but apart from that was really good

¡CUIDADO! Mi hija de 2 años, en un despiste, saco las llaves de la mochila y las dejo dentro del apartamento. A lo que, tuve que contactar con la dueña para ver si podía darnos una solución. Su solución fue darme el teléfono de un cerrajero 24h y decirme que tenía que hacerme cargo del cambio de cerradura o una segunda opción era que ella me trajera la llave pagándole 100 euros previos. Cierto es que, el descuido fue mío, pero nos dejó a 5 personas en la calle, dos de ellas menores de edad y un bebé de 2 años a las 10 de la noche y, además, sin contestarles el teléfono a Booking, quienes, muy amablemente me dijeron que eso no podían hacerlo y podría tomar medidas legales. En cuanto a la limpieza, encontramos bragas en la zona de la terraza así como arena en todas las estancias.

Good location, apartment was clean to a standard but things were missed, bathroom fan and surround for bath, oven. It was really somewhere to rest.

There is no main light in the bedroom and none on the balcony. It was very run down. Pictures are different from what's there. Pool wasn't very heated. Host fails to mention the apartment is directly about a restaurant and busy bar. Noise was u til 1am

the cutlery was greasy, the bedding was grubby, the shower hose was too short from the tap to the shower head making it unable to attach to the holder. there were lightbulbs missing from various rooms and no fans were working. the sofa was broken and covered over with a throw to hide the disgusting state of it. overall the photos are not a true reflection of pictures promoting the apartment. Also we didn’t have a pool card pass in the room and were told that a replacement would be delivered but this never happened. This involved us unable to access the pool area and walk to the beach and pay 12€ a day for sun beds.

Everything else. This apartment needs condemning. Very overpriced. We got nothing that was advertised. Could not access the pool, needed a pass which we repeatedly asked for. Broken light fittings, ceiling fans not working. No bedding for the double bed, no mattress protectors on any beds. Bedding was very poor , mattress old and dirty , no change of bedding for a 3 week stay. Curtains were shabby and falling off the rails. No plugs for bathroom or kitchen sinks. Pictures showed 2 sofas. There was only one which the fabric was peeling off it and it was broken. The iron was rusty and full of dirty water.wires everywhere, dangerous sockets. Mould in the wardrobe, no sign or marker on the balcony doors dangerous. Drawers full of tat rubbish, coffee pot missing a handle. Stove top not working could not use. Kettle full of limescale.Chest of drawers missing bottom drawer. Repeatedly contacted Sven through messages asking to put things right. He kept saying to contact his team as he wasn't on the island, no response from them. Then he told us he was only the travel agent who had used booking.com. owner lived elsewhere. We paid 2,600 + euros to booking,com for this dreadful apartment which should in no way be allowed to take bookings for it wants condemning, and needs to be taken off their site. I will post pictures when I've uploaded them and edit this review. Do NOT book this apartment. DO NOT believe the pictures they post. It is poetic license and nothing like the truth No cleaning products, just one pot towel size of a hanky. Shame on you booking.com for allowing this apartment M537 on your site. We deserve a refund for not getting what we overpaid for

easily accessible from the bus station washing machine, fridge freezer, balcony. large living space. Good communication with the management.

Bed in main bedroom was small. Pillows were square and not well filled. The fan in the main bedroom was broken/very noisy (couldn’t sleep in there. Management did refund me for a fan but I had to source it). Broken drawers in main bedroom, broken bed light in second bedroom. Broken sun-bed on the balcony. The lock on the living room shutters is broken. Generally the apartment needs some attention . The bedrooms are noisy.
