The location was excellent. Value for money is good. Would have been better with some comfy chairs on the balcony

Not enough room to do any cooking

The room was very 1980 not been updated beds in same room as settee Very small kitchen no electric kettle and there was only enough hot water for one shower and then had to wait one hour for another

The view

Not enough shelving to put toiletries on. No bedside tables, lamps. Very dated and needs upgrading. Wiring looks dangerous. One of the Lifts also looks very dangerous and badly needs attention. Only one small mirror in bathroom above the basin. This making drying hair extremely difficult. Really needs another mirror in bedroom and socket to allow for this. Not enough towels for a week and no washing machine to wash.

We had to clean the the apartment before settling in and we purchased the cleaning equipment we left it for the cleaner to use we left the apartment cleaner than we went in also your towels are shockingly degrained not set up for rental at all !

The property was perfect for my husband and I. Overlooking Levante beach, you can see the main strip from the back of the building. Perfect views over the sea. We were 22 floors up which I loved but husband took some time to come around lol and the balcony was big enough that he could relax without looking down. Swimming pool was fab and very quiet. Kitchen was small but it had everything we needed including a fridge freezer and kettle and It didn’t bother us anyway as we always eat out or take something back to eat on the balcony. The bathroom was spacious and we were very surprised at how good the water pressure was. The apartment was very clean and smelt lovely and fresh. The bedding and towels were spotless and beds (which we found comfortable) were made on arrival. There was an awesome iron and an ironing board. The fan came in handy at night as there is no air conditioner and if you leave the balcony doors open and the front door ajar whilst you’re there in the day the breeze off the sea is amazing. There was also a heater, broom, mop and bucket. I think you can hire a safe key from the office but we didn’t need to.
