Stunning Alhambra view balconies, in the Albayzin

- Views from the main rooms were exceptional. The flat is spacious and reasonably well equipped. Nice to hear the occasional busker outside and the local very amateur choir practising. Plenty of helpful travel guides and info on how to do lots of things. Broadband pretty good. - Granada was brilliant, 7 nights felt about right to us

- Poor noise isolation from the adjoining holiday flat; you could hear them talking as though they were in the next room. Taberna across and down the road is quiet from 10pm, except when their beer is delivered on a Wednesday at 7am and then a racket is made rolling the barrels on the cobbles. Friday night had a few noisy drunks passing until the very small hours. - Flat is pretty dirty, layers of dust everywhere, a 5cm tide mark on the bottom of furniture having had a thilthy mop sweep past. All knobs and handles in kitchen sticky. No proper pod coffee machine, the "tea maker' is a kettle. No airconditioning and no heating; see photo of missing a/c controls and heating controls turned OFF and locked away. TV often unwatchable due to hopeless reception. Curtain nearly transparent on one bedroom was 50cm narrower than the window in another... so all the light is let in. Shower really needs a refurbishment. Needs more mirrors; one in the bathroom and one high up in the hall is not enough for 2, never mind 4 people. Sofa only seats two, yet the flat sleeps 4. Sofa's cover so thilthy I blame it for a rash on the back of my legs. Microfibre "tea towels" needed washing before use. No proper chopping board, just a thilthy split wooden one that would be illegal in a UK restaurant. Chairs too low for the kitchen table, so it felt like you were back at school. No extractor fan in bathroom. - Note that access is up a considerable number of cobbles and steps, lots of dog mess, so take care. - Communicating with the host was tricky. Mainly my fault as I don't speak Spanish. The host's English was problematic at times.

Vivir la experiencia de pasar unos días en el antiquísimo barrio Albaysin en un apartamento con una hermosísima vista a La Alhambra. Nacho, muy buen anfitrión, amable y dispuesto a darnos muy útiles recomendaciones para hacer grata nuestra visita a Granada

Alles, wunderbare Unterkunft im historischen Albaicin, alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten fussläufig erreichbar, Blick auf die Alhambra. Großzügig geschnittene Ferienwohnung. Alle haben sich sehr darum gekümmert, dass wir uns in Granada wohlfühlen.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, man sollte aber wissen, dass die Unterkunft aufgrund der Lage für Gäste mit eingeschränkter Mobilität nicht geeignet ist.

Er was geen ontbijt maar er is een ruime keuze aan cafeterias in de Via Colon die vlakbij is. Adembenemend zicht op het Alhambra, pittoreske steegjes in de typisch Moorse wijk, plaza Nueva vlakbij, bereikbaar met taxi (die niet eens zo duur is), vriendelijke host die zeer begrijpend is. (We waren per ongeluk nog niet vertrokken op het afgesproken uur maar de host maakte hier geen punt van).

Wat een verblijf! Raden het iedereen aan.

The views! A great little apartment in an interesting area and still very close to downtown.

Was a bit noisy at night with groups of people passing through.

Veľmi autentický a príjemný apartmán s krasnym výhľadom, dômyselne zariadený. Vsade sme sa dostali pešo. Citili sme sa veľmi dobre.

Priala by som si kavovar v kuchyni na rannu kavu, potom by to bolo dokonale😊

Wonderful apartment with absolutely fantastic views!

The location was great - easy walking to coffee shops, restaurants and sights. The owner allowed us to store our luggage when we arrived on an early train, and when we departed on a late afternoon train. They were very nice and accommodating. We highly recommend them.

Excellent location and very spacious apartment

The shower drain is clogged and the water drains so slowly that it floods onto the bathroom floor. This was the case a year ago and it still hasn't been cleaned out.
