Amazing place, well located, with great views and parking.

It was perfect for us , it met all our needs. We stayed for 2 weeks & added another 2 weeks

There was nothing to dislike.

There was quite a bit of noise from the neighbours, possibly they were getting ready for tourist season.

This is the best apartment so far among all the others I have booked through Booking.com, Luis greeted us on arrival and explained everything to us and gave us a tour of the apartment. He gave the necessary info and provided us the details we asked for. The apartment was superb, contained everything a family would need for a week stay. The view from the balcony was awesome. And its proximity to old town streets amazing. Rooms were clean, and the beds were nicely done. The bathroom and another toilet were bonuses. I was amazed at the stocked kitchen and appliances. Since this place is located in the old town, those shopping streets were just 3 mins away, and a grocery shop Unide just 4 mins away. We loved it. The church was amazing to visit. I messaged in whatsapp to Luis for any questions we had and got prompt replies each time. We used Radio taxi for going around Altea, Benidorm and the airport. Luis booked our car from Alicante airport to the apartment, which was really helpful. Most of the afternoons we stayed in the apartment and sat on the balcony with our cuppa and enjoyed the view. We will surely be booking the apartment in the future as long as we do not plan to walk down to the beach.

Since this place is in the old town, it means it's situated up the hill. The walk to the beaches and up to the apartment were not enjoyable in the heat. Going downhill to the beaches was still ok, but walking up those stairs and the steep hilly areas back to the apartment in the heat was not fun at all with our kid. And the mattresses were too firm for our bodies. So night sleeps were not that good.

Lovely place with all you could possible need and more. Very cozy, close to the plaza but still very quiet. Will come back!

Well presented apartment in a great location with excellent facilities

A perfect place to stay in every respect. Communication with Luis and the owners was excellent and the arrangements for meeting up at the apartment worked well. The location was quiet, the apartment was well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. Our initial problems with the shower were quickly remedied and the wi-fi was excellent. The balcony was great, with lovely views over the sea and the town. There was a small supermarket nearby and it was a great location for accessing the many restaurants in the old town. I enjoyed my 10 minute walk to the bakery every morning weaving my way through the quaint streets. The garage parking was a bonus, although we were glad we’d hired a small car which made manoeuvring in and out easier. It was a relatively short walk to the sea front, the quickest route being down ( and back up ) lots of steps. The surrounding countryside is wonderful and it’s brilliant for walking, climbing and cycling. A great place to stay and we’ll definitely be hoping to book again next year.

Everything was fine. As we were staying longer than a week it would have been nice to have had a change of / additional towels. Though I’m sure if we’d asked, they would have been provided.
