Appartamento vecchio, necessita di una ristrutturazione totale, manca tutto.. pochissime posate solo 3 cucchiaini,

Location is excellent right at the top of the main street and very close to the market, restaurants etc, apartment was clean. The main shower head works and there was plenty of hot water, the kettle worked.

The beds are really uncomfortable, and one of the single beds is broken. A socket is coming away from the wall in the main bedroom. Can't see the pool from the apartment, to get to the pool you must leave the complex and walk about 150 meters in the street to another entrance. Whilst it was clean a lot in the apartment is very tired and could do with refurbishing/replacing. Only one sun lounger on the terrace and it didn't work properly. Apart from the beds it didn't affect us so much as we only slept in the apartment and didn't eat there.

Whilst the apartment was totally clean, there are areas that are tired and need immediate attention, perhaps the owners need to visit . 1. Bathroom window is hanging off its hinge so we did not attempt to open it, also shower doors not on their rails properly 2. Bedding (Duvets and Pillows) one old duvet which was badly stained under the covers, as was the mattress cover 3. Lack of kitchen equipment such as only one 'small' tea towel, no scissors, only three wine glasses when the capacity for the apartment is four, there is only an old microwave and not a combination, soap dispenser in bathroom broken not useable, also a hole in the shower mat! 4. Two broken chairs in the lounge and two broken outside chairs - not usable at all, 5. Rental properties are supposed to have a certain level of equipment and should be maintained to a standard, it was missing safety equipment such as smoke alarm, fire extinguisher and first aid kit. also no emergency contact numbers etc.,

The apartment was very clean, had everything (if not more) that we needed Great Location

Nothing could not fault it

Posizione ottima, appartamento ampio e molto luminoso, ottimo per uscire la sera a Corralejo

rimanendo 4 giorni, forse almeno un cambio di asciugamani ci stava

Céntrico y cerca de la playa , tiendas, restaurantes

Muebles un poco viejos, colchón muy incómodo.
