Apartamento El Poril

-Localización estupenda. -Sin muchos problemas para aparcar cerca, aun siendo calle peatonal . -Apto. muy limpio. -Abajo tienes de todo a mano. -Una terraza muy buena, con mesa sillas y dos hamacas con vistas al mar (El Sol pega parcialmente). No es la mejor vistas de los aptos. q hay iguales pero está muy bien. -Las camas son estupendas de cómodas. -Sofá muy cómodo. -TV grande con Netflix y Amazon -Cocina equipada. -Cocina anfitriones son amables y te solucionan muy rápido las dudas

-Para entrar tienes que ir abriendo hasta 4 puertas con llaves hasta llegar al apartamento. -No hay ascensor pero es un primero . -Por la noche o cierras la terraza (calor) o escuchas toda el ruido de abajo de los restaurantes y karaokes. El cerramiento es muy bueno. -La Ventilación no es del todo buena porque el apto. es como un tubo. -Algunos mosquitos nos visitaron. -Hay un aparato de aire peor tiene sobre coste. Yo no lo usé. -La ducha tiene la alcachofa que se cae si la dejas en alto porque el soporte está roto. Cuando hay agua saliendo se mantiene a duras penas pero si cortas , el mando pega un porrazo al suelo y por eso está rota la loza del suelo de la ducha (arreglado con masilla). La alcachofa Te puede dar en La cabeza si no estás atento al apagar el agua. De fácil solución. -El Dosificador de jabón echa espuma y no gel y es muy incómodo (necesitas quitarle el tapón para echarte el jabón cómodamente). De fácil solución. -La tapa del water no se mantiene arriba y hay que sujetarla con una mano y es muy incómodo y muy fácil de solucionarr .

Location was perfect great view from the balcony and so near plenty of bars and restaurants. Would highly recommend this apartment, and would book again for stays in the future.

Location excellent. We arrived late and host had supplied water, milk, t bags, ham bread cheese etc. and toiletries.

Check in was easy, the location was very handy for us diving from Playa Chica, apartment has a lovely view of the Black Beach. Nice big balcony to fit 2 sun lounge and a table, and to hang clothes - very useful for divers to dry out gear. Kitchen is well equipped.

The very close proximity to the restaurants/bar - which means noise level can be a little challenging. As (old-ish) divers, we go tend to go to bed just around 10 but that is when the musicians starts. However, having said that they do finish on time (in around 12 ish i think) and it goes quiet then with exception of stranglers walking home that passed by the bedroom window. Otherwise it would have been the perfect apartment for us, two (old-ish) divers who goes to be at 10 ish.

Lovely host. Very clean apartment. Book this apartment for the best people watching experience ever. Incredible sea views.

Unfortunately the communal entrance/stairs area is very shabby with broken/loose tiles on the floor etc. The plumbing in the shower is a bit dodgy - poor drainage.
