Apartment in Playa de las Americas 1

The property was in a great location, very central in las americas and in the middle of both Los christianos and Costa Adeje, so both accessible by lovely coastal walks. Great seas view from all 3 balcony areas. Very clean apartment with loads of space and everything that you would need. We arrived late on the Friday evening and Mo met us at the property and waited for us as there was delays getting a taxi. The fridge was fully stocked which was a great touch with food and drink (both alcoholic and non alcoholic) and different snacks and a big bowl of fruit. This was great to have for the first couple of days. Mo the host was very helpful and came back to me on anything I needed. Great apartment and the 3 outdoor areas are so spacious and give added comfort and views. Will definitely book if going back to las americas again.

The only downside but this was not a problem for us as we stayed up late is there is a karaoke bar across the road that is pretty load until around 2am but no downsides outside of that

Fantastic apartment with loads of outdoor space. Mohamed was a great host who greeted us upon arrival and had even had the fridge stocked with food, drinks and snacks. Which was a classy touch and we could get the holiday started immediately. Perfect for a couple and two teenagers. Close to beach's, bars and restaurants. Lovely on-site pool with bar. Highly recommend!

Nothing

Our Host (Mo a great guy) met us at the property, put decorations up for my wife's 60th & supplied some cava , wine , beer , ham , cheese. in fact the fridge was full of goodies. We even got an extended checkout at no extra charge.

Very noisy at night, access to shower in bath tricky.

The manager of the units , Mohamed, is extremely kind and generous, what is more is flexibility- not too strict about checking in/ out time if no guest is coming at the same day. He was helping us with all the request or questions with care and smile.

Almost nothing. No lift?

Very friendly host, who gave us warm welcome with the fridge packed with beverages. I must say that it was awesome to grab a chill bear right after the long travels :) Other than that, the place has everything you need and more! Things we wished for always popped out somewhere :)) It’s also very close to the beach, so eg. ideal for morning jog by the sea. The surrounding area has everything you need, plus quite nice rocky surf spot with a lot of surf schools teaching begginers. PS: the view is top notch 👌
