La proximité avec la plage et la situation géographique de l'appartement au centre de Puerto del Carmen

Le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de place de parking. Il y a très peu de place dans la rue et il faut se parquer loin pour trouver de la place.

The location of this property is fabulous. Directly across the road from the beach and surrounded by numerous good restaurants. The view from the balcony is spectacular and it’s a great place to watch the sun set
