Utsikten var fantastisk. God seng, vi sov godt. Hurtig respons fra GuestReady hver gang vi tok kontakt, og de leverte ting vi etterlyste som burde vært der.

Dårlig rengjøring/ oppvask, ved ankomst. Ingen vaskemidler så vi kunne vaske selv. Ingen støvsuger (mye sand og støv i løpet av 14 dager!). Ingen propp til kjøkkenvask for oppvask, siden det ikke var oppvaskmaskin der. Ingen stekeovn, kun mikro (uten manual og "usynlige" symboler ved knappene). Kun to vinglass, ingen glass til juice/vann. Ødelagte stekepanner. Forferdelig hvitt og sterkt lys i taket, så ikke koselig på kveldstid. En lampe/lampett eller to hadde vært fint.

It’s always reassuring to know you’re in good hands before you even arrive, and they absolutely delivered. The apartment itself was a joy to stay in. The view over Amadores Beach is simply stunning—the kind of view that makes mornings slower and sunsets unforgettable. Sitting on the balcony, watching the light change over the sea, quickly became a daily highlight. Inside, the apartment was comfortable, well maintained, and perfectly suited for a relaxing stay. Location-wise, it’s hard to beat. The property is well placed for shops and restaurants, all within easy reach, making it effortless to enjoy meals out or pick up essentials. Accessibility in general is excellent, which really adds to the overall comfort of the stay. Another big plus is the nearby taxi rank, which makes exploring the rest of the island incredibly easy. Whether you’re heading to nearby beaches, other resorts, or venturing further afield, getting around is simple and convenient—no stress, no planning headaches. Overall, the experience was wonderful from start to finish. Between the incredible views, great location, excellent management, and seamless booking process, Balcón de Amadores ticks all the boxes for a relaxing Puerto Rico getaway. This is definitely a place I’ll be returning to in the future, and one I’d happily recommend to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a truly beautiful setting

Unser Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war insgesamt sehr angenehm. Die Einrichtung ist zwar eher schlicht und nicht luxuriös, jedoch war alles vorhanden, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Wohnung war zudem sehr sauber, was direkt beim Betreten positiv aufgefallen ist. Die Küche war hervorragend ausgestattet: Geschirr, Utensilien, Salz, Zucker und etwas Olivenöl waren bereits vorhanden. Sogar Eiswürfel lagen gefroren bereit, und eine Flasche Wasser stand für uns bereit. Auch Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren mehr als ausreichend vorhanden, sodass wir problemlos wechseln konnten. Die technische Ausstattung hat uns positiv überrascht – ein großer, moderner Fernseher mit Glasfaseranschluss, inklusive Netflix, YouTube und weiteren Diensten, machte den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Ein absolutes Highlight ist die Terrasse. Der Blick über den Ozean und die Berge ist beeindruckend und bleibt unvergesslich. Dort zu frühstücken und die Aussicht zu genießen, war einer der schönsten Momente unseres Aufenthalts. Ein großer Dank gilt Tatjana, die uns sehr freundlich empfangen hat. Sie war ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und hat uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben, die unseren Aufenthalt auf Gran Canaria deutlich bereichert haben. Zur Größe der Unterkunft: Sie eignet sich ideal für zwei Personen oder ein Ehepaar mit ein bis zwei Kindern. Für größere Gruppen könnte sie etwas zu klein ausfallen. Ein Hinweis zur Lage und Erreichbarkeit: Die Wohnung befindet sich weit oben am Hang, was den wunderschönen Ausblick ermöglicht. Zu Fuß ist der Weg zum Strand jedoch anspruchsvoll, besonders für ältere Menschen. Man benötigt etwa 10–15 Minuten, teils über abschüssige Strecken. Ein Fahrzeug ist daher insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen. Auch der zugehörige Parkplatz eignet sich am besten für kleinere Fahrzeuge, da das Rangieren einfacher ist. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die unmittelbare Nähe zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants: Etwa 200 Meter - ihr habt alles, was man braucht!

vielleicht die Moskitos , aber die waren überall auf Gran Canaria. Außerdem gabt es in der Wohnung genug Mittel dagegen, was eigentlich ehe positiv dafür spricht.

Was self catering so no breakfast, nowher in the complex to buy anything, no shop etc. Location was ok, great views from the balcony towards Amadores beach and beyond, taxi rank and ATM right outside the property, short walk up a slight hill to Europa centre a few hundred yards away, WIFI was good, firestick was also very good

Almost everything, No information prior to arrival of how to access the property, no reception etc. Apartment is old, tatty and needs major improvemets, it is dirty and smelly, the TV actually caught fire and blew up one night flames coming out of the side, which obviously terrified us, the pool is salt water and freezing and all the sunbeds and parasols are falling apart, The apartment is really uncomfortable, the bed linen was dirty and smelly, the mattress protector had stains, the towels were old and awful, we never used them, the bed settee is years old and pretty useless, the patio furniture cushions are all useless, hardly any cushioning in them, we had to buy new bed linen, new towels and new throws for the settee, with our own money, all of which we left there, there is no cleaning service at all, you have to do it all yourself, everything, we bought cleaning products on the first day and blitzed the apartment for 3 hours, cleaning everything, just in case it wasn't cleaned prior to arrival, it was almost a working holiday for us as were constantly cleaning, There are fleas and maybe mosquitos in the area, we got bitten terribly especially at night in bed despite having bought plug ins and citronella candles, No mosquito netson the windows, There are much better places to stay in the area, this is the worst place we have ever stayed on Gran Canaria and we have been 12 times,

Nice location, graet ocean view. excellent appliances for such a small space: good quality, everything worked, large fridge, air conditioning, fans. comfortable bed. Water pool in the complex. Linen: enough, good quality, clean, lots of sheets and towels. There were even beach towels! (we didn't know, we brought our own)

cleanliness (yes, we didn't expect "4 Seasons"): the apartment was not very clean at the time of our check-in. And there were not enough cleaning tools. cleaning was complicated by the fact that the common corridor was not very clean, and dust also fell from the terrace. As a tip: add a vacuum cleaner to the equipment. Sofa: not very comfortable as a sleeping place. Parking: is so small for such a large complex. in 13 days, we had no space for the car 5 times... had to look for a place on the street. Advice: do not rent large cars: it is an island and there is not much space, (we had a small rental car. for this parking is normal. but cars like Octavia or Passat will not fit) BUT: the wonderful view from terrace compensated everything!

We had a truly lovely stay at this apartment in the beautiful Amadores area of Gran Canaria. The location couldn’t have been better — just a short and pleasant walk to the stunning beach, as well as nearby shops and restaurants, so everything we needed was right at our fingertips. The apartment itself was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with all the essentials for both a short getaway and a longer holiday. Having access to the communal swimming pool was such a treat — a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sunshine when we weren’t at the beach. What really made our stay special were the hosts. They were warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful, making us feel welcome from the very first message. The check-in process was simple and stress-free, which set the tone for a relaxing holiday. We left feeling refreshed, happy, and already thinking about our next visit. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a peaceful yet convenient stay in one of the loveliest parts of Gran Canaria.
