Świetna lokalizacja, kilka minut do plaży, blisko do centrum miasta, w najbliższej okolicy świetne restauracje i bary. Dwa kroki do większych sklepów spożywczych. Super balkon dwustronny z wejściem z kuchni i salonu, pełne wyposażenie kuchni i pokoi. Domowa atmosfera lokalu. Dostęp do sprzętu plażowego: krzeseł, parasola i mat. Parking przy budynku na terenie zamkniętym z windą z poziomu parkingu. Super.kontakt z właścicielką.

Słaba kuchenka mikrofalowa, pościel moglaby być lepsza. Parasol plażowy wymaga wymiany.
