Sitges Center & Beach with Sea View

Great kitchen and bath, big closet, plenty of space in general.

TV is a little small.

Location exellent by the sea. The host was very friendly, responded quickly and helped us. We felt they took care of us although we never met them.

The location was perfect, in the old part of Sitges. It was also next to two exceptional restaurants and a stone's trhow from the beach and more good restaurants along the waterfront. A mini mart was not far away for essentials and the shopping street was only 2 minutes away. The owners were extremely helpful and communicative, which puts the mind at rest particularly before travel (as a single woman travelling on my own). The shower was strong and the hot water was plentiful.

The dining room chairs had been cracked and therefore caught on my clothes - not a big deal. The balcony door, when opened also caught the curtains and brought the curtains down, much to our dismay (more for the owners than us, because the shutters keep the light and sound out.). We tried to fix it it but it was too tall for two short co-workers to fix. However, the owner offered to fix this issue as soon as I mentioned it to her. The fridge light was a strobe light, which might cause issue for someone with epilepsy, but I didn't report this since we hardly used the fridge. I'm sure it will be fixed as soon as it's noticed. Finally, it is on the second floor with no lift,. I have mobility issues but was still able to manage, even with my suitcase, as they were not particularly steep, had several landings to rest and had good banisters. But I don't think it would be suitable for those with very serious mobility issues (ie: not able to manage stairs). This is clearly stated in their ad, so I am just clarifying that those who can do stairs with rests will probably manage these. I found it worth the effort.
