Torreoceano H4

We recently spent 18 days in this lovely two bedroom, two bathroom bright and airy apartment which is situated in a quiet residential area. The large balcony catches the sun all day and looks out over the pool and to the sea beyond. The bedrooms are to the rear of the property and contain plenty of storage space and the bed is extremely comfortable. The TV has lots of channels in different languages. The kitchen has plenty of appliances, crockery, cutlery, glasses, and cookware and is the most well equipped kitchen in any apartment I have stayed in. Cleaning products were supplied and even capsules for the washing machine. The outside space at the apartment complex was very tidy with lovely gardens and we regularly saw gardeners and pool maintenance staff. There is a convenient tunnel under the main road which leads to the beach and coastal path along which you can walk to La Cala de Mijas town where there are plenty of restaurants and bars and Carrefour and Mercadona supermarkets. There is also a local well stocked supermarket within walking distance of the apartment and a Lidl a mile away. Public transport is good and cheap. We didn’t have a car so we made good use of the bus service. We had a wonderful holiday at Torreoceano H4 and I would highly recommend it. The owners have provided everything you could possibly need and the apartment felt like a home rather than holiday accommodation.

Nice apartment. Sunny terrace facing south. Some noise from traffic. 30-40 minutes walk to town with shops and restaurants. Short walk through tunnel to boardwalk The beach below apartment was rocky, not for swimming. But nice beaches in 15-30 walking distance.

The apartment was well equipped with utinsils and spices.. But owners should should maybe spend a little more time with cleaning and maintanance. For example clean terrace windows and replace toilet seat in small bathroom.
