La situación del apartamento estaba muy cerca de todo

Todo no me gusto nada Apartamento muy sucio llegamos y habia ropa íntima en los armarios El agua caía del techo del baño El personal de recepción muy mal.

La ubicació

No tindre parking. A Salou es impossible aparcar. Tampoc m’agrada que cada vegada entrem als apartaments més tard (a les 17h) i ens t’obligueu a deixar l’apartament més prompte (a les 10h).

"Sauberkeit Null - aber tolle Lage"

Die Lage ist super. Alles ist in der Nähe. Gott sei dank, hatten wir keine Kakerlaken wie viele geschrieben haben. Das Personal ist auch auf unseren Wunsch eingegangen. Die Klimaanlage hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Das Check-In und aus checken lief problemlos. Das Depot war nach 3 Arbeitstage auf unser Konto.

Es ist abends viel zu laut. Wir konnten zwar schlafen, aber die Gegend ist eher für Teenies und Junge Leute gedacht. Wir waren als Familie dort. Das Apartment war nicht sauber. Unter dem Bett war es richtig dreckig. Auch das Besteck und Küche war nicht wirklich sauber. Das Badezimmer ist verrostet und alt. Es hatte noch Haarspuren vom Vorgänger. Das Glas im Badezimmer war voller kalk.Es hat nur eine Schiebetür und kein Schloss. Man hört einfach alles. Das Apartment ist sehr klein und nicht wie auf dem Foto. Betreffend Sauberkeit: wir nehmen an, dass einfach jeder Putzen muss ohne Kontrolle und der nächste Gast übernimmt es dann. Da wir Angst hatten, das wir das Depot nicht zurück bekommen, wie viele geschrieben haben, haben wir das Apartment sehr sauber gereinigt. Der nächste Gast hatte sicher Freude. Nicht so wie wir. Die Bettlaken waren verschmutzt. Richtig ekelig.
