A fuir, établissement insalubre, pas conforme aux photos que ce soit pour le logement comme la piscine, personnel pas aimable qui trouve le moindre prétexte pour taxer de l’argent, chambres envahis de cafards donnez votre argent à quelqu’un d’autres, la photo date de notre arrivée dans le logement ils nous ont laissé comme ça tout le séjour

Fueron bastante escasos con el equipamiento de la habitación. En el baño había un dispensador de gel que estaba vacío, y al pedir si nos lo podían reponer, nos contestaron que no se incluía (entonces, para qué poner un dispensador?). El secador funcionaba durante dos segundos y se apagaba, y al notificarlo nos dijeron lo mismo, que la habitación que habíamos contratado no incluía secador (?). Lo mismo con el papel higiénico, pedimos un rollo más y nos dijeron que solamente incluían un rollo.

Only positive thing about this place is the location.

We used your service to book into the rentalmar navarra suites in salou on the 27th of September until the 3rd of October. When we arrived it was a active building site with scaffolding, workers and drilling and banging happen from early morning til late evening for our whole duration with made it impossible to relax. The room itself was not fit for purpose it was filthy, the walls were filthy, pictures filthy, cracked tiles, rusty fridge and the balcony was completely unsafe with the handrail completely unstable. We were put on the 6th floor and having two children there I had to make sure at all cost they didn’t access the balcony. I made numerous complaints about the room, balcony, noise, noise of other guests at all hours in the night and actual vomit in the elevator and nothing was done. When we were accessing the pool myself and my son was hit by rubble from the workers I complained about this also and nothing was done. The staff were extremely unhelpful. We paid a €300 damage deposit for a room that couldn’t have been more damaged. We had no access to the WiFi and the staff had told us nothing they could do about it. I asked to be moved numerous times to which I was told I’d be contacted and never was. This was a family holiday and was nothing but stress and worry.

We liked absolutely nothing about this property other than the location is situated around everything you possibly need.

This property was awful. The room was filthy with dirty walls, stained bedding, and cockroaches due to a gap under the door. We booked one room but were given a completely different one, and staff were unhelpful. The bathroom was so dirty we had to shower with crocs on. Beds were uncomfortable, we woke up covered in bites, and the balcony felt unsafe. The hotel is under construction with workers drilling outside your room from Early hours of the morning as seen in pictures.Even the lifts were unreliable. Definitely not a place I’d recommend or return to.
